Em um post no Facebook, o grupo explicou que essa música ficou de fora do mais recente álbum, “Delta”, pois eles não conseguiram finalizar a composição a tempo da gravação. “Blind Lead The Blind” traz o rock mais presente nos últimos dois álbuns do grupo, mas também com presença do folk, estilo predominante nos primeiros discos.
